I am going to cut to the chase, you HAVE to HOLD the VISA of the consultants you send- No layers-. All they need is 2 years of experience with VB.NET and we can only pay around the $40/hr. C2C range, but if they are qualified they WILL get hired for a 18-24 month contract. They also will need to re-locate to Rock Island and start ASAP. It is a 1 phone call interview and then a decision shortly after. I have had 3 consultants get hired for this same team and our last candidate was a no call, no show. This cannot happen again. So like I said, no layers, they must be your consultants, but if they are good at VB.Net they will get the job. Thanks. Location: Rock Island, IL Duration: 18-24 Months Rate: Around $40/hr.
