*.Duration: 6+ Month On-Site contract plus extension* *Interview mode: Phone** than F2F* *.Job Description:*Must Have: Sales force 501 Certification Required Sales force admin certification required. *Mandatory Skills:* Sales force Administration 4 years Sales force Developer 4 years Sales force developer and administrator certifications *Technical Lead / Administrator:* Lead all technical aspects involved in delivering Sales force projects – primarily custom code development (Visual force and Apex) but also any other related technical items (such as data and external application integration). The Technical Lead is expected to have extensive experience in software development, including, but not limited to, Sales force technologies such as Visual force and Apex. The Technical Lead will document the technical design and provide guidance to the developers throughout the development, testing and support phases. >From an administrator responsibility perspective, the admin will oversee the variety of environments in SFDC, work on code deployments/migrations and data migrations. Responsible for managing and administration of changes between environments. *Responsibilities:* Lead and/or contribute to all technical aspects of projects. Gather system requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of solutions developed solutions fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues Provide detail design and documentation of each component of the solution such as data migration, integration and custom development. Responsible for the day to day administration of the SFDC environments Responsible for hotfix deployments. Manage and provide direction for the onshore & offshore teams in support of development activities. Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development. Work closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of Sales force. Create and maintain development and integration plans. *Knowledge & Experience:* Salesforce/Force.com custom development using Visual force and Apex Broader programming technologies such as HTML, JQuery, SOAP, AJAX, Java script (including modern Java script libraries), Java, SQL. Knowledge of different database platforms such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase. Knowledge of ETL tools such as Informatica. Strong communication skills.
