Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Will participate in project design sessions to build test plans & test cases • Will define test strategy for multiple applications and ensure testing standards are met • Will lead QA/BA resources in the testing effort and effectively report out status • Participate in design and implementation of QA test strategies and protocols used in QA processes; ensures the full application of all relevant QA protocols, processes and procedures • Will define test plans for browser compatibility testing, performance testing, load testing, end to end testing and User Acceptance testing • Will do hands on testing of applications and defect tracking • Assigned to complex problems to help resolve customer issues • Participate in the system analysis & Quality assurance phase of sour Agile/Scrum software development methodology • Has decent knowledge of trends, technology advances, new products, and best practices in application QA processes and standards and is able to implement those processes/procedures Education and Experience: This role requires somebody who has both a strategic approach to QA as well as excellent hands-on abilities. You will need to work autonomously, defining the processes and tools needed for QA, but you will also be expected to get involved in other areas of the product development process, so excellent communication skills will be key.
