I have a requirement for one of our clients. please find the job description below and share me your updated resume *ASAP*. *Position : Senior Business Systems Analyst* *location : Richardson, TX* *Duration: 6 Months+* *Experience Req 8 – 10 years* *Technical * · 5+ years of experience with PLM functional processes: BOM Management and Engineering Change Management · Engineering business process management experience desired · 4+ years of experience in using as well as development with PLM systems (Teamcenter, Agile, MatrixOne). · Experience with web based applications would be a plus. · 2+ years of experience with Oracle manufacturing and related Oracle apps · 2+ years of experience with general software development, testing, support, upgrade and maintenance processes, concepts, principles, and techniques. · Knowledge of Software and Application Development Life Cycle *Soft Skills * · Ability to effectively convey ideas through oral and written communications, · Ability to work in a multi – cultural and multi – regional group or independently, · Good analytical skills and Detail oriented · Willing to explore new process areas and learn new technologies. *Responsibilities * · Primarily a customer facing role for engineering processes and in-house PLM applications. · Talks to engineers and other stakeholders to identify key engineering needs and inputs. · Translates identified needs/inputs and documents requirements, use – cases. · Interacts with super users to clarify business requirements, build user interface mock – ups and report layouts/designs and training content. · Works with process leads and other business transformation program leads to ensure common processes and templates across the company · Helps author training content and process documents to ensure processes are communicated to the rest of the company. · Acts as liaison between engineers & technical teams, participates in Requirement reviews and Design sessions to identify & document to – be processes and procedures · Identifies and documents test scenarios for testing teams (to develop into test cases). *Thanks and Regards* *Chandan Ojha* *Technical Recruiter* *IDC Technologies Inc.
