*Start ASAP, Dec 2015 Phone and Onsite* *Description* · The Salesforce Administrator will work with users and other stakeholders (IT Production Support, Training, etc.) in the Company to define, deliver and support functionality on the Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> platform. · The role will define and deliver hands on configuration, provide data management and investigation & resolve production support issues. · The role is also primarily responsible for Administrative tasks including Monitoring and Resolution of Help desk tickets and the provisioning and decommissioning of user accounts. · The Admin may also participate in the planning, execution and deployment of future Salesforce projects. · This is a cross functional, hands on role with no direct reports at this time. · *Candidates must have passed the SF 201 Admin Certification or equivalent.* · This is a right to hire role. Candidate must be able to accept full time employment with the Company. *Responsibilities* · Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> configuration & production support · Project participation, expensed and capital – All phases from requirements gathering to UAT and implementation. · Data updates, analysis, validation, and integrity checks on data and reports, testing. · Business process support, requirements gathering, documenting process flows · Report creation, maintenance, & modification on Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/> · User training on existing reporting and tracking systems · The Salesforce product team facilitates the systematization of business process improvements in support of company initiatives and strategies. Data upserts and workflow support financial operations. · No direct reports at this time. *Qualifications* · Building Trusted Business Advisor relationships with stakeholders. · Commitment to service and excellence in delivered functionality. · Communication (both written and verbal). · Business Analysis Skills in capturing functional requirements. · Detailed diligence in executing analysis, fix, and functionality. · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. · Training requirements (licenses, programs or certificates) – Salesforce 201 Admin Training required. · Knowledge and skills (e.g. demonstrated ability to work under pressure, or possesses good written and oral communication skills). · Understanding of the Company’s Business Model. · Ability to manage and meet deadlines. · Strong written and verbal communications skills. · Strong analytical skills to grasp complexities and perceive relationships among problems and issues. · Ability to work effectively alone, in teams and in partnership with other groups. · Works with moderate level of guidance. · Experience administering Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/>, or coding in Java or HTML. · Ability to analyze and recommend Salesforce configuration changes in support of enhancement requests. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio. · Knowledge of project management practices and tools. · Ability to influence others to gain support and commitment for shared projects. · Two to four years of working with Salesforce.com <http://salesforce.com/>, reporting and analytics. · Prefers local candidates. -- Kind Regards Mehraj Syed APPS STAR LLC.
