Duration : 1 yr + Location : NYC Pay Rate : market Rate: $40/hr CTC *BA with Media exp* Required Experience: •Minimum of *5+ years *broad experience managing and implementing IT systems within the Television Media industry. •Minimum of 3+ years experience with Sales and Traffic systems. IBMS is preferred. •General management experience across a broad range of functional and technical areas appreciated including core application development, report development, web development. •Knowledge of Agile and SDLC concepts. •Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation •Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support •Effectively promote process best practices •Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written) and strong organizational skills •Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently -Interpersonal skills, written and oral.
