*LOCATION : **Boston/MA* *DURATION 6+ MONTHS * *MOI Telephonic + SKYPE * Apex Systems is looking anICD-10 Program Business Analyst This rolewill serve to support the ICD-10 Information Systems PMO members and teams as needed for the thirty or so ICD-10 impacted applications. assist in leading the requirements management process from an enterprise perspective by collaborating with Application Manager/Leads to gather requirements, design specifications, data-flow diagrams, integration diagrams, trace matrices, test scenarios, and etc. for the ICD-10 Adoption Program. In addition, work closely with the Program Manager to ensure that meetings are scheduled, daily/weekly assignments are tracked, and action items are completed by each team, which ensures incremental success of the overall ICD-10 Program. Engaging software vendors and application service providers in ICD-10 readiness discussions to identify when ICD-10 compliant versions of each impacted application will be available. Review and document dependencies and identify risks. Solicit release notes to determine ICD-10 business vs. systems related changes to workflow, process flows, and interface specifications. Coordinate with AM and PM to periodically record start and end dates for ICD-10 impacted applications upgrade and remediation projects. Facilitate cross-functional JAD sessions with AM PM and integration teams of ICD-10 impacted applications and their dependencies for the purpose of reviewing As-Is and To-Be Inbound and Outbound interfaces, Lead the process of transitioning applications from ICD-9 to ICD-10 code sets by designing a vendor readiness questionnaire, which along with JAD sessions with Application/Program managers formed the foundation for detailed integration diagrams, business/systems requirements, transition requirements, and ultimately test scenarios and test cases. Follow up on project issues and action items for project manager.
