Should understand Test Plans, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Orthogonal Array Tool. Should be able to do metrics analysis and reliability analysis effectively with DFA tool. *Essential Skill(s)Skill1 - Application Testing (L1)* Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply and maintain quality standards for company products. Develops and executes of software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Works on problems of limited scope, through usage of standard programming concepts and principles. Works under high supervision/guidance with frequent review of accomplished objectives. Expected to learn on the job towards developing domain knowledge along with technical/ proprietary skills. *Additional Skill(s)Skill1 - P and C Insurance (L1) Must* Good understanding of at least one LoB, in at least one Geo, with working knowledge of all LoBs in P & C Insurance. Process experience in at least one of the following functions - Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Claims, Billing, Reinsurance, etc, with in depth expertise in at least one functional area.
