apply here in terms of experience, education, etc. as well as a particular
focus on retirement plan eligibility calculations, payroll processing, and
plan contribution allocations (profit sharing, money purchase pension,
QNEC, QMAC, forfeitures, etc.).

Should know SQL



The chosen candidate gathers and details organizational knowledge (both
documented and un-documented) about existing systems and business
processes. Candidates will effectively translate business needs into
functional and/or systems specifications. Additionally, candidates will
review process and operations and be able to recommend improvements
including activities that can be automated or system driven. This will
include developing: Use Cases, Business Process Flows, Sequence Diagrams as
well as cataloging business rules. Candidates will drive problems to
resolution and demonstrate knowledge of SDLC. Candidates will also prepare
and execute system testing including developing test cases, test scripts,
test strategy and defect tracking.



*Candidates must possess/be: *

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills

• Experience in workflow analysis and documentation • Detail oriented •
Knowledgeable in insurance industry operations

• Self-directed with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous participation in large scale integration or transformation

*Job Title: Sr BSA with Strong SQL and Data Analysis Background*

We have the immediate need for a Senior-level BSA for the Multi- Channel
Asset Scheduling and Automation (MCASA) Project.



*Description: *

A key role in overall software development lifecycle. Direct contributor in
defining and determining functional direction of specific systems. Conducts
system analysis, provide data as well as impact analysis documents. Works
closely with UX engineer and provides input into final screen designs, UX
and information flow. Reviews & Analyzes business requirements to produce
functional design. Owns and leads functional design discussions with key
business SMEs and stake holders. Owns and manages functional design
documents with requirements traceability attached to it. Accounts for
internationalization, localization and globalization.



Key Responsibilities

•             Responsible for defining systems function scope and
objectives based on Business Requirements and Project Scope

•             Analyze business requirement and or capabilities to produce
functional design

•             Take Organization, Operations model and business process as
input into functional design phase.

•             Develop epics and user stories based on defined capabilities,
requirements and design.

•             Ability to translate business problem / requirements into
technical terms and vice versa.

•             Lead and organize solicitation session / functional design
sessions (e.g. JAD)

•             Obtain sign-off on functional requirements.

•             Work with IT partners to engage all stakeholders,
particularly Business Team / SMEs / Product Owners, to prioritize work for
input into IT release planning

•             Support the project team in understanding the impacts
(functionality) associated to each release

•             Develop operation to system matrix to meet business
requirements

•             Usability, End User perspective for functional design

•             Contribute / Drive both UI and UX deliverables.

•             Knowledge of software development methodologies
