*Position:- Performance Tester Location:- Jersey City, New Jersey* *Duration :- 6 months * *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *Job Description:- * - Manage performance testing projects - Experience of participating in performance testing RFP's, solutions - Work with business partner to identify the scripting requirements -Ability to identify test scenarios, workload models from requirements and develop necessary Scripts to exercise the functionality. - Load and Performance testing using tools such as HP LoadRunner version 9 or higher to include monitoring setup -Work closely with Environment Test support analysts to set up, run and analyze the test results. - Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and anticipate performance concerns -Apply knowledge of WebSphere Performance and virtualized systems like VMWare and use of vSphere. - Apply knowledge of HP Diagnostics or similar tool in performance testing of WebSphere applications (both new and modifications to existing ones) to determine if they meet the performance requirement of the end user. - Experience with JAVA/.NET code profiling tools such as JProfiler, Dynatrace.
