The program will allow to meet Section 165 of the Dodd Frank Act so the new
IHC can be subjected to prudential standards broadly consistent with the
standards imposed on large U.S. bank holding companies, and nonbank
financial companies. Change group is responsible for the delivery of the
strategic and regulatory change portfolio sponsored by the Risk division.



The function combines risk expertise with project and change management to
support the Risk Division in managing risk more effectively whilst also
ensuring compliance with regulations. CRO Change designs and implements
processes to respond to immediate regulatory requirements and also delivers
longer term strategic solutions and driving business optimization
