Collaborate with other technology teams and clients to deploy technology architectures and solutions. Research, escalate, and resolve, technology problems relating to the global technology environment. *Operations Role* The person filling this role will be working with 3rd party software such as Oracle Weblogic, CA Siteminder, Oracle Business Intelligence, Wily Introscrope, Apache. Regular interaction with other members of the Level 3 technical team is expected. Interaction with Data Center System Administrators will also occur on a frequent basis.
