*Role: SAP PP lead* *Location : **Richmond, VA* *Duration : 4 months* *10+ years of overall SAP experience*. Multiple international SAP Plant roll-outs leveraging SAP best Practices. Should be conversant with Discrete and Equipment handling Machinery Manufacturing processes. · Detailed knowledge of SAP Production Planning and Execution and Quality Managment. Hands on experience in configuration of Production execution, Plng.,Quality Management, BoM, Variant Config., Router etc. is a must. Knowledge of Product costing a plus. · Fluent in written and verbal communications and interpersonal soft skills. Should be able to create solution briefs and articulate the end to end process design to C-Levels and Business Users · Experienced with working on Solution Manager templates for roll-outs. · Must be willing to travel and be able to communicate in process language with Plant Personnel · Experienced in data migration in Production Plng. and execution processes. Knowledge of Winshuttle is a plus. · Knowledge of Shop Floor system/processes is a plus · Responsible throughout design, development of Functional Specs, Test scripts (UT & IT) and testing and cutover. Should be hands-on with Testing techniques. · Experience with leading a team across different process areas, interacting and managing offshore teams. · Coordination with Project team stakeholders - Business / Data Owners, SAP Functional teams, SAP ABAP / Basis teams, ETL teams, Legacy data team etc. 3a.
