*Role* : IBM BPM Developer *Location* : Dallas, TX *Duration* :: 6 month project with potential to extend out *MOI* :: on-site interview ( Local for In person interview) *Before you forward a resume, please have the candidate explain what they have done in their projects and not what their team did. We see sentences like “Used BPM to implement the project” or something similar, which won’t give us a good understanding of the candidate’s level of expertise.* *Description:* - Participate with team of technical staff and business managers or practitioners in the business unit to determine/document systems requirements and functionalities needed in large/complex development projects - Assess and develop high level design requirements for projects and communicate in writing / meetings with development team. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements. - Review coding done to advance application upgrade, extension, or other development.
