Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *Scrum Master* *Atlanta, GA (LOCAL)* *6-12 months* *GC or USC only* *Education/ Experience* • Bachelor degree in an IT-related discipline • SM certification - required • 5-7 years’ experience managing projects - 2 specifically managing projects in an Agile environment. *Summary*: Scrum Master /Iteration Manager responsible for dedicated team of developers and test engineers responsible for content delivery for Direct Channels. This person will be responsible for the tracking and management of the Agile delivery using Kanban. This person will need to be Scrum Certified and have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a true Scrum Master/Iteration Manager leading tactical or maintenance projects using Kanban. A strong work ethic is critical in this role. *The top 3 skills are: * 1) Strong Agile experience with working knowledge of the Kanban process 2) Ability to collaborate and communicate well with people of diverse backgrounds and 3) have strong problem solving abilities. Education/ Experience • Bachelor degree in an IT-related discipline • CSM - Required • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative development • Understand Agile processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about and leverage other techniques to provide value to the team • Able to establish good working relationship with business partners and drive incremental delivery and value metrics. • Must be able to lead a team to self-organization and facilitate discussion and alternatives or different approaches. • Analytical thinker with creative problem solving skills and attention to detail • Knowledge of Agile technical best practices is a plus.
