*Required Skills:*
· Strong knowledge and experience in .NET, and cloud solution.
· Strong knowledge and experience in HTML5 based mobile solutions.
· Strong knowledge and experience with SQL and SQL server coding.
· 7+ years of Software development experience.
· 2+ years of HTML5 development experience.
· 2+ years of cloud based application development.
· Expertise in using Internet Information Server (IIS) / SharePoint
Central Administration.
· Experience in developing and maintaining Web services and
multi-threading.
· Experience of building and maintaining application using object
oriented methodology.
· Experience with 3rd party controls/add-ons
· Extensive development experience utilizing Visual Studio
· CSS knowledge and working experience.
· Experience with performance diagnosis and tuning.
· Minimum 7 years of experience in application development or
technology management.
· Understands changing business needs for the IT department and the
subsequent impact on applications.
· Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Can identify problems and risks and raises them to the appropriate
level.
*Desired Skills:*
· Knowledge and experience of SharePoint object model and SharePoint
Web Services model
· Experience in coding SharePoint solutions using App Model.
· Experience in SharePoint WorkFlow development and Nintex
Workflow development.
*Key Duties and Responsibilities:*
· Work with stakeholders to understand the project requirement.
· Converts functional specifications of business requirements into
programming specifications.
· Designs, codes, documents and implements high quality .Net, HTML5,
and SQL server database based solutions.
· Creates and maintains Unit tests and performs full regression
testing.
· Conducts analysis of organizational goals for the development and
implementation of application systems.
· Monitors operating efficiency of existing application systems &
provides recommendations for improvement.
· Follow IGT SDLC process. Maintains records to document program
development and revisions.
· Analyze technologies, technical processes and/or functions,
document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications
and implement.
· Participation in after-hours/weekend code implementations.
· Become an expert in the existing applications supporting the
business area.
· Provides timely technical support and problem resolution for
customer inquiries.
· May manage development of small projects or play a key role on a
larger project team.
· May analyze vendor proposals and evaluates build versus buy with
minimal support.
· Effectively interfaces with vendors and customers when required.
· Provides comprehensive and accurate work estimates.
· Functions independently with limited work direction but is also a
team player.
· Commits to deliverables with customers and management.
· Depending on project demands, Developer will be required to travel
to our Westchester or NYC location once or twice a month.
