The compensation module hosted in the cloud was implemented about 3 years ago. There is currently an offshore business analyst on this team as well as a technical SME. The business analyst has been working as a liaison between the end-users of the compensation module and the technical SME for the past three years. Recently the compensation end-users have been requesting to leverage new feature functionality and enhancements in order to fully utilize the module. Because the technical SME supports more than just the compensation module within Oracle Fusion, he doesn’t have enough time to focus specifically on this. He will be available as an SME to this technical resource if needed, but the purpose of this hire is to take most of the technical support off his plate. *FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: * Working as part of a team to support the Oracle Fusion Compensation module and serve as a technical lead.
