*Need Local Consultant and GC, US- Citizen,* *Job Title: Sr. Java Developer* *Location: Charlotte, NC & Fremont, CA* *Contract Job* *Job Description:* - IT industry experience working on Development projects in Java, J2EE, Web Development - Prior experience working in Onsite/Offshore model and coordinating with offshore teams - Perform Hands on Development and function as the single point of contact for Client on the assigned Project work for both onsite and offshore teams - Ability to Liaise with different client support groups (QA, Dev, PMO etc.) to ensure successful delivery of the project - 3 years of experience in leading a team of Developers - Experience and comfortable working with offshore development teams - Expert in Spring and Struts framework - Good knowledge of the software product development lifecycle and the process tools - Sound Knowledge of unit testing methodologies and frameworks.
