*Duration: 1/31/17 with likely extension* *Interview Method: Negotiable, if Skype-only, please indicate* PROJECT DETAILS: *JOB TITLE: Software Development Engineer-Test* *Required Skills * *JAVA Gherkin language ATDD/BDD using Java and Cucumber.* JOB DESCRIPTION: SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · The primary role of the SDET is to write requirements using Gherkin language, develop test automation solutions that impact core system applications for our clients and customers, specifically automate Gherkin scripts in JAVA Cucumber Framework · Also required to document business requirements, maintain relationships with the business, and drive standard business processes. · Conduct thorough business process analysis to understand existing workflows and systems. · Collaborate with developers and manual testers to create test cases & scripts for each acceptance criteria · Possess strong technical acumen with the ability to translate information and research into nontechnical language as necessary to effectively communicate across teams. · Own the product backlog and facilitate grooming (using the 3-Amigos approach) and prioritization of stories with all stakeholders · Maintain regular contact with program, project and work stream leaders.
