*Job Responsibilities:*
- Serving as a core member of an agile team that drives user story
analysis and elaboration, designs and develops software applications, and
tests and builds automation tools
- Owning all technical aspects of software development for assigned
applications; Performing hands-on architecture, design, and development of
systems
- Performing hands-on software development and testing, including
writing code, API specs, conducting code reviews and testing in ongoing
sprints, or doing proof of concepts/automation tools
- Driving consistent development practices - tools and common
components; Developing deep understanding of tie-ins with other systems and
platforms within the supported domains
- Working with technical product managers contributing to blueprints,
and assisting with annual planning of feature sets

*Qualifications*
- *3-4 years of software development experience with required skills*,
and preferably a BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering,
or other technical discipline
- *Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design,
software development, and testing*
- Experience in implementing a packaged solution or modeling software is
a plus
- Experience with MEAN stack desired
- *Understanding of XML, JSON, web services technologies (REST, SOAP*),
and data structure fundamentals, with experience in multi-threaded

data sets in an Agile development environment. Performs setup and
maintenance of continuous integration environments.
1. Analyzes, designs, and develops automated functional test scripts,
programs and executes data set creation and ensures appropriate testing
tools are created and/or maintained to accomplish project and
acceptance/regression testing goals.
2. Organizes and maintains the complete library of automation related data
and tools including scripts. Monitors continuous integration environment
configurations and all testing results. Documents and communicates
continuous test plans and result sets.
3. Works with Agile Test Analysts and Developers, in an iterative fashion,
to ensure test scenarios and plans meet specifications for projects,
acceptance, and regression tests.
4. Maintains knowledge of the corporate development system, as well as the
continuous integration architecture, related to software and hardware.
5. Proposes technical approach to maintaining and improving automated test

Performs stress testing and monitoring system components while under load
and provide technical assistance and guidance on complex performance issues
insuring consistency and improving performance of internal business systems.
1. Analyzes, designs, and develops performance specifications, programming
and execution of application performance tests and ensures specifications
are created and maintained.
2. Creates test plans, test cases for application performance tests.
Executes multi-user performance test scripts in Load Runner Controller
using online monitors, real time output messages. Monitors the Performance
tests and reports results.
3. Organizes and maintains the complete library of performance related data
including scripts, monitoring configurations, environment details and all
testing results. Documents and communicates acceptance criteria, change
control and testing plans.
4. Maintains knowledge of non-functional business requirements as it
relates to performance, uptime and load expectations.
6. Evaluates infrastructure changes and hardware/software acquisitions and
installations against requirements and acceptance criteria. 7. Proposes
technical approach to maintaining and improving application performance as
well as monitoring and identifying performance issues and bottlenecks. 8.
Participates in interviewing candidates for positions within the department
to assess their technical skills.
