Please find the requirement below and let me know your interest.. *POSITION* *VoIP Engineer* *Cincinnati, OH (LOCALS)* *6+months* *Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* · Provide technical support on the core and access voice platform, including Cisco Call Manager, Unity, IP Communicator, Unified Contact Center and voice circuits including PRIs and SIP Trunks insuring high performance and reliable 24 x 7 x 365 operation of these systems globally. · Track KPIs to include testing and configuration of patches and upgrades on the voice systems, SBC’s and Media Gateways, trunk and circuit utilization and augments. Growth trends and utilization reports.
