*Position:- QA Manager * *Location:- Naperville, IL* *Duration:- 12+ Months* *MOI:- Telephonic + Skype* *Need candidate with Banking domain experience.* *Job Description:- * · 10 – 15 years of experience · Strong Domain knowledge in Banking. · Experience in complete SDLC and STLC · Experience in implementing the testing methodologies and process · Proficient in Test Strategy, Planning, Estimation and Monitoring · Experience in Early Testing in the lifecycle using In Process Automation and Shift Left Approach. · Proficient in handling various phases of testing like System Integration, Regression and Automation · Proficient in implementing the standard quality process in the project · Experience in Meeting the Time to Market releases. · Experience in meeting the aggressive schedules using Risk Based Testing Approach · Performance requirement study & identifying the test scope. · Good Experience in Project and People Management. · Experience in handling the multiple projects · Experience in stakeholder Management and provide regular updates to Management.(Internal & External) · Experience in Project planning, Estimation, Monitoring and Metrics Analysis · Good experience in maintaining the customer relationship · Good Experience in presenting the project issues, status in the steering committee meetings with customer · Experience in participating the Vendor Management Review Meeting. *Responsibilities* · Understanding the Scope of Project, Analysis of Functional document for the release. · Discuss and agree SLA with customer and its sign off. · Setting up and revising of quantitative goals for the project, Data collection and metrics analysis and reporting. · Preparation of Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Estimation/MPP Preparation. · Participate in the Sprint Meetings, Automation implementation. · Schedule/participate in meeting with customer QA Manager and discuss on the progress, Risks and project status. · Accountable for the completing the functional & regression testing for all the applications. · Review of Test artifacts, like Test Scenarios, test cases, Defects, status reporting. · Mentoring, troubleshooting, and working closely with the development team. · Ensures the overall quality of testing deliverables. · Interact with customer QA mangers, QA head and other stakeholders on regular basis · Create Weekly/Daily status reports and attend status meetings on weekly basis with client.
