*The **Supply Chain Cutover Lead** will be based out of NYC. He/she would
be **responsible for forming and driving the business continuity plan to be
undertaken during cutover (plants/warehouses will be shut down so need to
formulate and execute a plan to ramp up inventory, take customer orders
earlier, plan the ramp up of the plants after the shutdown et.c**).
Typically someone who has **plenty of experience in the consumer product
industry** along with **deep supply chain understanding & cross-functional
impacts and potentially ERP implementation experience.*

* The resource could ideally be from anywhere in the US although NYC is
preferred. Would look to start ASAP until April.*

*From an ERP perspective, prior implementation experience in manufacturing,
production planning, supply chain planning and/or warehouse management
would be a good start. Again, not required if the resource is very deep in
the domain but the cutover experience will be important which is why **I
think someone with ERP experience will be a good fit."*

JD Edwards ERP/ SCM experience preferred but not mandatory !

The Manager – Master Data Management is an experienced MDM expert with
advanced skills across a range of applications and functionalities.
Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing departmental
strategies that support and improve online customer service and internal
customer goals and programs.  Candidate will work in close partnership with
cross-functional teams across the organization to accomplish these goals.
This position will also entail building and managing a small team.



*Essential Functions & Responsibilities*

-          Partner with IT to set strategic master data direction and
develop and improve processes and procedures

-          Develop MDM program for new ERP rollout across 13 divisions

-          Form MDM team for multiple functional areas at a global level

-          Create and execute plans based on understanding of business
stakeholder strategy/goals

-          Work cross-functionally with various business units to achieve
goals and improve efficiencies

-          Utilize master data expertise to effectively and efficiently
manage projects

-          Communicate with stakeholders at multiple levels on updates,
adds, transition and changes to the system and processes

-          Identify and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement
of data quality, processes and standards

-          Responsible for data integrity for JDE software including
customer, vendor and product

*Summary:*  A seasoned scrum master who provides project and solution
design leadership by leveraging a technically focused base of previous
experiences.  This position is responsible for planning, leading, and
delivering complex Information Technology projects on time, within budget,
and with high quality.  The Technical Delivery Manager drives the
collaboration with business area(s), IS, and technology vendors to ensure
that all project participants are effectively communicating and executing
tasks as specified in the project plan. This role does not have direct
reports, but does lead a group of cross function resources to meet clearly
defined system objectives.



*GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES*

·         Provides thought leadership to deliver creative and efficient
technical solution.

·         Leads the development of strategic plans for projects of high
business complexity.

·         Works with architects to design business solutions by applying
the right technology.  Works with Lead Pulse Architects to transform
requirements in to solutions design.

·         Works with cross functional resources to develop and gain
approval for high level delivery plans of various sized software
development projects based on a set of objectives (scope, delivery and

·         Monitors project metrics for significant deviations in quality,
cost, or schedule

·         Monitors and reports all project risks and issues; leads

·         Assists in establishing, enabling, and improving project
management and software development methodologies, procedures and policies

*QUALIFICATIONS*

The Database Developer is responsible for designing and maintaining
database solutions for new and existing applications. Additional
responsibilities will also include maintaining and supporting the company’s
enterprise data warehouse *(EDW*), as well as *writing reports* and creating
* dashboards* to extract, analyze, and aggregate data for managers and
senior stakeholders. This is an enterprise role in* both maintaining and
reporting* on a variety of data, primarily *healthcare*, however, it *may
include HR, finance, etc*. We are looking for a well-rounded professional
with solid relational and object-oriented *database management experience,
analytical ability and a solid team player*.



*Duties:*

·  Design and maintain database solutions for new and existing projects by
understanding the business requirements

·  Develop and maintain database structures that utilize database
architectural standards (normalized tables, primary keys, foreign keys,
events, triggers, etc.)

·  Write scripts to create, optimize, and maintain databases, tables,
constraints, functions, stored procedures, indexes, and triggers.

·  Provide primary support for the organization’s data repositories and
will be responsible for requested SQL reports

·  Work with managers of each functional area to identify and prioritize
data information needs and requirements

·  Create clinical and financial reports to user specifications using
commonly available report writing tools and queries for SQL databases

·  Identify reporting requirements and writing and optimizing complex SQL
queries, stored procedures, and views to extract the information, trends,

·  Validate the results of SQL queries with end users, and present the data
in an intuitive and visually appealing way, which may include tables, pie
charts, bar graphs, or other diagrams

·  Assist with the import and export of data from third parties

·  Support and troubleshoot issues

*Job Requirements:*

·  * College degree in technology or healthcare related field preferred*

·  * 3-5 years of IT experience*

·  * 3+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting
Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)*

*Additional Skills Preferred:*

·  Excellent communication skills are necessary as there are several teams
and business owners regularly involved with development projects.

Must be motivated and able to work independently without needing the
constant attention from the other members of the team, excluding the
development manager that they will have to work closely with. Must be
comfortable working on tight deadlines and schedules.
