*Duration : 6 + Months contract. * *Job Summary:* The Workday Business Analyst (Business Analyst) reviews, analyzes, and evaluates Recruiting/Advanced Compensation /HR systems and user needs, works with IT to ensure appropriate resources are deployed for projects. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. The incumbent in this job provides project leadership for Recruiting/Advanced Compensation/HCM/Benefits systems implementations, upgrades, and special projects; will make system adjustments, develop complex reports and complete data compares*.* 5+ years of related experience system specification writing and development experience and least 3 years of experience in Workday.Ability to work effectively with all levels of management in a deadline-oriented environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills. *Position Scope/Contribution:* This position is responsible for identifying IT solutions for the specified area of business responsibility. The incumbent must evaluate and determine needs appropriately and within scope.
