*Role: Quality Assurance Analyst * *Location: Bloomington, MN*
*Duration: 6 Months* * We need local candidate that can interview face to face* • This position ensures that technology initiatives meet business requirements and function as defined.; The person in this position mitigates the risk of changes to the current production environment by testing, coordinating, and overseeing testing issue resolution. • This position will manage and coordinate testing activities for medium to large projects and ensures and maintains the stability of the testing environment to ensure testing activities are successfully completedThis position will also resolve and coordinate testing issues with development teams, vendors, and business users and will create documentation and reports for test results and defect trends and analyze data in order to make recommendations to management • In addition, this role will participate in projects, ensuring the coordination of quality assurance activities in alignment with the project plan and will work with customers and business partners to develop test strategies and negotiate approvals. This position requires a bachelor degree along with at least 8 years of experience in testing and developing test scripts and scenarios and 5 years of experience with in depth knowledge of quality assurance procedures.; In addition, 5 years of experience within a technical environment and experience designing and implementing quality assurance standards and processes.; Excellent oral and written communications skills are a must.4 Years of experience with Selenium automation.
