*The Client is currently seeking a Web Developer / Analyst with Ektron CMS
for a long-term consulting assignment in Corning, NY**. *
*Responsibilities: *
· *Provide technical support for Ektron Content Management System
and MS Commerce Server. *
· *Prioritize requests/issues received via problem management tool
Resolve issues within Service Level Agreement timeframe *
· *Participate in operational team meetings and provide input as
needed Technical resource for IT projects based on demand *
· *Participate in quarterly high availability outages, which can
include testing, development and/or migrations *
· *Meet with customers as needed Manage and configure the Google
Search Appliances *
· *Work closely with Engineering Technical lead to ensure support
processes are in place *
· *Assist in receiving new technologies from the Engineering
Technical lead to Operations team *
· *Ability to assist businesses on demand for highly critical press
releases and other .com related emergencies *
*Required Skills {These are skills that candidates MUST possess}:*
· *5+ Internet support experience*
· *Strong analytical skills, problem solving and trouble shooting
skills.*
· *Must be able to work independently *
*Technical Skills: *
· *Experience in online Content Management Systems such as Ektron *
· *ASP.NET support experience *
· *Experience in Microsoft Commerce Server *
· *Experience in configuration and administration of the Google
Search Appliance *
· *Understands the concept of both data and information architecture

· *Has a broad understanding of Network configurations *
*Desired Skills {These are skills that would be nice for candidates to
possess}:*
· *Soft Skills {Communication/Team/Leadership} *
· *Must be available to provide support outside of the 8-5 EST
