Troubleshooting technical issues during project rollout. Qualification Documentation as per customer requirements. Training BAU team & Run books creation. Customer technical query handling. Coordinating with BMC for product issues & enhancements and operational teams. *Skills /Expertise* Extensive hands on experience in implementing BladeLogic for Mid-sized environments Good knowledge of Administrative Activities for multiple Operating Systems. (Solaris/Linux) Ability to work in challenging project environment. Good Communication and Documentation Skills Ability to Design and Architect solutions with BladeLogic.
