Please include your employer details as well. *Job Title* .Net Developer *Project Location* Atlanta, GA *Duration* 6 months /Contract *Skills Required and Job Description:* *MOI:- Phone + Face 2 Face* * Key Responsibilities* - Develop solution design specifications - Design and model program/code requirements for an integrated software product or system that supports re-use, change, and integration of various components - Convert requirements to functional requirements to develop written software code that is accessible, usable, efficient, re-usable, cost-effective, and maintainable - Construct applications which meet or exceed requirements, promote re-use of software components, and facilitate ease of support - Conduct unit tests, component integration tests, systems and acceptance testing, correcting problems, and implementing changes to ensure adherence to test plan and functional requirements - Diagnose, isolate, and implement remedies for system failures caused by errors in software code, using knowledge of system characteristics, and utilizing software-based system maintenance and tracking tools - Prepare or provide input to written documentation for technical methods, procedures, functions, or processes to support the installation, operations, training, and maintenance of information technology systems or applications - Provide solution development resources and cost estimates *Basic Requirements: * - BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or related field - 7 to 10+ years of experience in software analysis/development and systems development using SDP methodologies, including Agile. - Strong C# object-oriented programming (OOP) background - Well versed in - C++ - VB.NET - ASP.NET - ADO.NET - HTTP - XML - Web Services experience - Client/server programming experience for the Microsoft Windows platform - SQL relational database experience, writing stored procedures and direct queries - Basic database design skills are needed. *Preferred Requirements: * - Experience developing cross-platform applications - Experience on LINUX desirable - TCP/IP server socket-level programming experience - Experience in retail solutions, and/or customer loyalty solutions a plus.
