Remote OK; Chandler, AZ and Charlotte, NC preferred The MySQL DBA/ NoSQL administrator will be part of the team responsible for the development, build, release, and support for the Wells Fargo enterprise private cloud. He/she will perform day to day administration of our MySQL environment as well as help rationalize our data model and work closely with our development teams to ensure stability and compliance of the cloud operating platform. This includes being responsible for the reliability, availability, maintenance and monitoring of our mission critical, highly available, data infrastructure. This person should also have experience installing, configuring NoSQL solutions like MongoDB, Hadoop, Redis, etc. * Additional Job Details: LOOKING FOR MySQL DBA and NoSQL EXPERIENCE Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a DBA (MySQL) * Must be highly proficient in all aspects of database administration. Including, but not limited to, backup/recovery/DR, all flavors of replication, clustering, advanced performance tuning, and proactive monitoring * Experience with Galera Clusters 3+ years of experience with NoSQL products Strong Linux experience Excellent oral and written communication skills to work effectively with others inside and outside departmental boundaries, at remote locations, and/or outside the company Understanding of virtualization technologies, such as KVM and VMWare Understanding of Cloud concepts and APIs * Prior support experience with the application stack connecting to the MySQL database back-end Preferred Qualifications Experience with OpenStack Experience with Python Release management and deployment of code in different environments using source code control tools such as Git, Github Experience working in an agile teams using Scrum * Experience with SQLAlchemy and Alembic.* *Thanks and Regards* *Arvind Nagar* *Email- arv...@idctechnologies.com <arv...@idctechnologies.com>* *Direct-408-457-9381 Ext-4008 !!
