You can reach me at 408-709-1760 ext 984. kindly share your Updated Resume At sjan...@tresourceinc.com *Job Description :* *Role : Business Analyst With Exp QA Testing* *Location : Des Moines,IA* *Duration : 6+ to 18+ Months* *GC and Citizen* skill set: mix of PM, EM, RM, BM, DM duties: manage code migration and any change 180 servers in production OS Level Patching Middleware Security patching for JAVA Websphere JBOSS 500 - 600 servers = constant change Coordinate implementation efforts across Production, Prod Fix, 3 UAT and 3 IST environments in a continuous deployment environment ● Author documentation with input and direction from 5 different technical teams ● Provide oversight and risk management to troubleshooting and deployment activities ● Enter help tickets and changes for technical assistance Environment Administrators (EA) coordinate between teams; any change hitting the teams and engage application up / down, as well as, customers. Must understand the complexity of environment with Release Management team and Production Support and be able to coordinate change; put it on the calendar and schedule it. Responsible for the install plan, and managing it. Consultant must know the ENTERPRISE environment, actual enterprise experience (working on large amounts of servers) and be a good project manager. Consultant must remain engaged in the process from end to end, manage it, deploy the process and work with the build teams to schedule release. Responsible for proper documentation, run multiple threads by itself, multi-tier experience. ENTERPRISE experience will set the candidate's apart. IBM / IPM Framework; Rapid change: mentality must be here EA- *Basic Requirements*: Development, QA/testing, and production all adhere to very strict delivery calendars. The timely and accurate coordination and execution of planned code and configuration changes within dev, QA and PROD is essential to keeping the project on schedule. Failures in this space can cause delays in any one of these spaces, ultimately creating a miss in the delivery of expected functionality during a quarterly release into production. *Minimum Requirements:* This role requires enterprise experience supporting multi-tier applications in multiple environments. Production support experience is necessary. Resource should have experience coordinating resources, managing and executing detailed plans for change within environments, ability to communicate to all levels, engineers thru senior leadership. Experience balancing working within a group and coordinating the work flow within that process, with the ability to manage their own time with little input or direct supervision. Experience managing the dependencies of multi-tier heterogeneous application in an enterprise environment. Familiar with enterprise processes and tools, change management process, the software development lifecycle process. *Preferred Skills:* This role has direct interaction will all teams in the CORE project: project management, development managers, QA managers, release managers, senior level management. They will also work directly with external partners for scheduling and coordination application teams (LGS, ICMP, enterprise), TIS support teams (UNIX, middleware, patching, network, storage), Lending and Enterprise Change management. Resources with experience with these groups will be given priority.
