*Requirements:*

   - *Must successfully complete drug screen if selected for project*


   - *Work with other IT groups, Business Unit leaders, consultants and
   other stakeholders to develop, test, and install, and packaged applications
   with Citric Environment *


   - *At least 3 years of VMWare ESX 4 or higher experience *


   - *5+ years of experience with Citrix, XenApp 5, 6.5, and XenDesktop
   5.6, 7.6, Citrix Secure gateways, web front ends, licensing and application
   packaging . *


   - *Experience working in a large global data center datacenters (1000+
   servers_ with multiple Citrix farms/sites *


   - *Responsible for planning and developing systems and procedures to
   improve the operating quality and efficient of the Citrcix environments *


   - *Must have a working knowledge of Citric Provisioning sever, dynamic
   and static disk images *


   - *Responsible for maintaining and deploying security, O.S., and
   applications patches to the Citrix environment by following standard
   patching methodology *
   - *Provide Citrix technical support for enterprise Citrix XenApp 5.0,
   6.5 and XenDesktop 5.6 server farms *


   - *Upgrade Citrix environment to Xendesktop and XenApp version 7.6,
   Citrix Netscalers and Storefront server *


   - *Experience working in a Citric XenApp and XenDesktop environment with
   engineering and administration of Appsense *


   - *Experience designing and implementing Citric XenApp/XenDesktop and
   VMS Server/Desktop Virtualization Solutions *
   - *Experience integrating application as part of a Server Hoster, or VDI
   solution, and identifying application deficiencies and risks *


   - *General knowledge of IT networking concepts including VLANS,
   Firewalls, SSL encryption technologies, routing and load balancing *


   - *Should be knowledgeable with MS Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2,
   Active Directory, DNS, group policy implementations ,security policies, and
   maintenance. *


   - *Practical experience in scripting and automation including Powershell
   and other programming languages. *


   - *Working knowledge of Windows 7 workstation configuration practices *


   - *General: Must have string troubleshooting skills, knowledge of
   enterprise production environment industry best practices and
   troubleshooting techniques *
   - *Must have good end user skills and the ability to work with users to
   troubleshoot and solve operational issues *


   - *Must be a self-motivated person who can take ownership of problems *


   - *Must have the ability to work without additional support staff for
   small periods of time *
   - *Work with other IT groups, Business Unit leads, consultants and other
   stakeholders to develop, test, and maintain procedures for Disaster
   Recovery (DR), maintain technical DR readiness *


   - *Document all application installations configurations and processes
   as appropriate *


   - *Good written and verbal communication skills. *



*Education Required: Bachelor’s degree preferred ideal candidate will have
the following certifications: CCA, CCIA, CCI, CCEE, CCAA, VCP, and MSCE
certification strongly desired .*

* Activities and Responsibilities: *

*Provide Citrix technical support for enterprise Citrix XenApp 5.0/6.5 and
XenDesktop 5.6 server farms *

*5+ years professional, hands on experience with mid to large scale Citrix
environments (XenApp, XenDesktop) in development and production settings,
including implementing, troubleshooting, managing, configuring, and
patching. *

*Gather business and technical requirements necessary for the design
development, and implementation of enterprise virtualization solutions *

*Utilize ticketing system to address and resolve customer work requests**. *
