Successful candidate will be leading a small group (one other person). He/She will be analyzing existing processes, reviewing gaps and making recommendations for improvement. Must have solid experience with Development operations, Process re-engineering. Initial duration is 6 months, however can extend based on business need. Must Have: • BS Degree min • 10+ years of relevant experience in the Tech process or Cloud space • Experience in a leadership role • Experience implementing procedures • ITIL is a nice to have • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Would consider candidates from various industries; media, pharmaceutical, financial services are all okay. Description: Cloud Operations Process Engineer, Cloud Computing *Responsibilities:* • Lead the operational analysis, development and implementation of best-in-class policy, processes & procedures. • Develop cloud operational improvement delivery plans, manage and lead the cloud operational improvement team and own the issue/risk resolutions associated with the efforts. • Review existing cloud operations, determine gaps and make best practice recommendations • Drive process innovation and efficiency in cloud infrastructure operations via automation and industry best practices. • Work effectively with cross-functional teams to identify cloud operational improvement opportunities.
