Hi,

I have an urgent requirement with one of my clients. Please find the job
details below and forward me your updated resume along with your contact
details at *skum...@tekshapers.com <mgu...@tekshapers.com>* or call me
at *248-565-4747

*EDI Software Engineer*

*Atlanta GA*

*6-12 month contract*

*Phone and F2F*

*Job/Work Description:*

· Our app will need to interface with a lot of different shipping
carriers, which invariably use EDI protocols.

· No one here is knowledgeable in this area (e.g., what are the
standard protocols? what Java libraries exist to assist in using these
protocols? etc).

· Our platform currently lacks a nice and easy way to configure
services that exchange XML data.

*We need a Java software developer with knowledge about EDI standards,
protocols, and libraries for shipping to help us engineer this component of
our Traffic Management System (TMS) application. *In addition, we need to
do some core platform work to make it easy to configure import/export
services that exchange XML data, working with our existing platform team
developers. Additional details:

· General experience with EDI will be helpful, but of course
experience specifically with transportation related EDI will be most useful.

· Experience developing with tools like MS BizTalk, Jitterbit,
MuleSoft, and technologies like ESBs, message queuing and orchestration
will be helpful.

· Emphasizing B2B communication might be helpful.

What we don't want is folks that have *ONLY* used EDI or ETL tools to
implement data exchange between systems, or do EDI configuration work. We
would really like to have programmers who have used these sorts of tools
and also coded against their APIs.
