Must have the business and technical ability to define systematic approaches to solving issues and drive the direction of a solution. Represents the team outside the department, especially to the business, and to the matrixed EHCM solution release team. Works independently. Proactively search out potential problems and recommends resolutions. Acquires skills with minimal formal training - must be a self-starter to come up to speed where no training exists. Incumbent will ensure work is produced in a quality and timely manner in accordance with established processes and procedures. REQUIRED SKILLS 10 years relevant experience in software development (SOA preferred), and SDLC (agile and waterfall). 2+ years working with ICD-9 and or ICD-10 codes. 8+ technical consulting with both business and technical staff. Must have oral and written communication skills to act as consulting SME. 4+ years software development experience in a multi-site, multi-vendor, matrix managed development project. 4+ years experience working with all levels of technical and program management. Ability to work independently in a fast paced enviornment, with little supervision. 1 years experience using HP ALM or similar applications to manage requirements, test cases, & defects. 2 years experience with Microsoft Office (Visio, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) PREFERRED SKILLS Knowledge of Medecision Aerial® health management platform or comparable system. Healthcare management or health insurance payer experience is a plus. Experience with technical consulting to articulate customer requirements Java, C#, database structures, SQL programming and reporting.
