Kindly respond to this requirement with your consultant resume, contact and current location info to speed up the interview process.* Data Architect (BI/Big Data) Location: Elk Grove, CA Duration: 6 months contract Required Skills • 10 -12 years of experience • Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or another quantitative discipline required. • Experience designing and implementing a comprehensive metadata and taxonomy strategies • Experience developing and managing governance processes around taxonomy and metadata. • Experience conducting taxonomy workshops with SMEs to develop new taxonomies as required. • Experience in Big Data environments using tools/technologies such as GreenPlum, Hadoop, Teradata, etc. • Experience across various BI/Analytics environments and tool sets • Ability to work closely with cross functional teams (Technology, SMEs and UX) to ensure content and/or taxonomy requirements are identified and implemented as expected. • Ability to inventory and analyze content including gap analysis and create content models and templates. • Experience identifying and recommending metadata and content structure for enhanced user experience. • Application of usability testing and validation techniques to validate taxonomies, and other content categorization schemas. • Experience creating usability test reports to enhance the taxonomy, metadata and content models. • Willingness and passion to help the team in developing standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the implementation of content strategies. • Experience in User Centered Design Process. • Knowledge and experience in an Agile environment would be essential Desired Skills • Experience in Auto Industry • Experience in Alfresco (optional) • Experience with MongoDB (optional) Thanks & regards Moiz Khan Allied Informatics Inc. 1815 Satellite Blvd. Suite 302 Duluth, GA 30097 USA.
