Position is needed ASAP. • 1 year contract and 30% possibility of converting to FTE. This is a new team and that could change to be a higher likelihood. • Very comfortable and familiar with Systems Administration level • Mixed Linux and Windows environment (mainly Windows) • Writing scripts in IIS to turn web services on and off, etc. • Automate application deployments and getting base system up and running • Create some scripting to start automation process to install applications • Applications are .NET • Looking for PowerShell or Chef scripting experience • Team is a new – goal was to implement feature integration. 5 teams dealing with integration. o Every feature is done in isolation and this team is focused on getting integration earlier and debugging provisioned. o Team is 5 people- build, lead, integration devs and 2 testers. • End customers are App Development and Dev Ops Job Description: o Strong background in Windows Administration o Experience with automation/configuration management using either Puppet, Chef or an equivalent o Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience with Azure, AWS Azure is a plus) o Strong experience with SQL and MySQL (NoSQL experience is a plus) o Strong experience with PowerShell script o Strong experience with CI tools like TFS, Jenkins 5+ years of experience Job Summary and Mission: Ensuring the stability of enterprise wide Information Technology operating systems and networks through problem identification and analysis, system design, and planning activities.
