Location : shelton,CT Duration :Long Term 7+ Years Roles & Responsibilities : Work closely with business users to: * Develop the code in PL/SQL and understand the complex stored procedures to enhance the functionality * Perform basic Oracle DB Administrator activities * Provide support during deployment and post deployment * DB design and implement Complex Web based applications and their major enhancements with complex logic embedded in Oracle DB (DB procedures, Alerts, Views, etc) and JEE code on Tomcat Application Server –Windows & Linux Servers * Collaborate with business users/product owners/developers to contribute to the analysis of functional requirements * Ability to document functional & non-functional requirements, technical specifications, architecture, and design * Develop test strategy, test design, test cases and test data for unit, functional, integration and regression testing of Web based applications, web services and portal * Collaborate with technical leads/architects for design approvals and code reviews.
