Perform SAP systems monitoring and performance tuning. ? Perform Oracle database backup and recovery administration. ? Provide 24x7 emergency SAP Basis support on a rotating schedule. ? Provide procedures for first level Basis Support team. *Qualifications:* ? 8+ years SAP Basis Administration experience. ? Bachelor’s or higher level degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering or related technical experience ? SAP experience working on Netweaver 7 or higher platforms. ? SAP experience with the following applications BW, CRM, ECC, PI, Portal and Solution Manager. ? Knowledge in UNIX, Oracle, SQL. ? 3+ years of experience in relational and/or hierarchical database technologies. ? In-depth knowledge of client/server technology. ? Broad knowledge of integrated application development methodology. ? Effective written and oral communication skills, excellent problem resolution skills, and must like working in a team environment. *Desired skills/experience: * ? Experience with SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP GRC, SAP SCM, SAP CPS, EP, NWDI, ? Experience in SSO (among multiple SAP Systems). ? Experience in exposing applications like ISA through SAP Portal ? Advanced knowledge of Portal Configuration - (config. tool, PCD configuration, aliases, logon modules, etc.) ? Portal transports from one environment to another (deploying/transporting .par and .epa files through multiple environments) ? Experience with SAP Business Package Iviews for Enterprise Portal (CRM/ISA, BO, etc.) ? KM (setting up indexes and managing KM repositories) ? SAP performance-monitoring experience using CCMS. ?
