Position: Senior ETL Developer Location: Madison, WI *Duration: *3 month contract to hire NOTE: Candidates must be Greencard holders or US Citizen. Healthcare experience required. *Senior ETL Developer* responsible for the designing and developing of Business Intelligence data integration solutions. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into design specifications. · Develop, design, test, optimize and deploy ETL packages to perform all data integration requirements. · Design and implement performance tuning capabilities into deliverables to ensure service levels are met. · Provide technical leadership to ETL developers assigned to projects. · Ensure all design methodologies conform to industry best practices and processes. · Perform HP to Dimensional Modeling; Datamarts, Data Warehouse. EXPERIENCE: · At least 4-6 years with Microsoft SSIS ETL development with 2-4 years’ experience utilizing Microsoft SSRS / SSAS. · Some previous Healthcare or Insurance experience is required · Advanced problem solving skills with the ability to motivate others. · Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP), and Experience with Hadoop are preferred. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related major OR equivalent post high school education and/or relevant work experience.
