This position will be based in Washington, DC. The Quality Operations Team supports client work for Internal Customers within the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association as well as for External Customers - the Office of Personnel Management, Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans and Blue Cross Blue Shield Vendors. This person has significant experience in the health payer industry, especially with the Blues. Knowledgeable of best practices and understands industry trends and challenges. Twelve years of experience is desired. Experience with HEDIS and CAHPS a bonus. Senior analyst support for HEDIS / CHAPS 2016 processes. File maintenance, report card design, analytics, report preparation.
