Position: QA Lead Location: Cleveland, OH Duration: 6 months Very dynamic, result oriented and has lead a QA team. 3 years of lead experience (highly preferred) Resource should have strong communication, management, and leadership skills. Strong QA background that is organized, analytical, driven, and can communicate and drive a team independently to team results. Resource should experience in guiding and leading a client User Acceptance Test activity for a large software implementation • Who has very good knowledge of QA Release Processes and has ability to define/implement processes in dynamic development model. • Should have good development experience to understand the development process. • Should have sound working experience on Software delivery and Release management process and ability to implement across the projects. • Ability to define the quality processes and standards across projects, based on the product requirement.
