*Description:*
Manager is looking for an ASP.NET developer to help them migrate legacy
ASP.NET applications from Windows 2003 servers to Windows 2012 servers.

*Must haves:*
- Excellent communication skills.
- Own and use their own hardware.

*Description:*
This position entails migrating legacy ASP.NET web applications as well as
static web sites from Windows 2003 servers running IIS 6 to Windows 2012
servers running IIS 8. Web browser compatibility issues will also be
addressed as part of this migration.

*Requirements:*
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong background in ASP.NET technologies.
- Experience with IIS and installing and configuring ASP.NET environments.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and working with browser
compatibilities.
- Client-facing skills and the ability to work independently.

*Responsibilities:*
- Collaborate with client to migrate web sites and ASP.NET applications
from legacy servers to new servers.
- Address browser compatibility issues on legacy web sites and ASP.NET
applications.
- Provide estimates as needed, and track and communicate progress
accordingly.
- Unit tests migrations and resolves technical issues through debugging,
research, and investigation.
