*Skill Set:**8+ Years of experience.* • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required • Data modeling techniques, including 3rd normal form, relational modeling, dimensional modeling. • Strong knowledge of standard industry logical models. • Knowledge on one or more data modeling tools like Sybase PowerDesigner and create customized DDL for IBM UDB EEE. • Expertise with full application development lifecycle (analysis, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment). • Working with multiple RDBMS and associated applications. • Experience preferred with the following: o Reporting concepts such as MOLAP, ROLAP, HOLAP, ad-hoc reports. o Business intelligence tools like Cognos, SAS, Essbase and Informatica. o Database tuning techniques, including primary, secondary indexes etc. o Version control practices and procedures o Technical documentation for user manuals, policies, procedures etc. • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment. • Work successfully on large enterprise-wide modeling efforts. • Require excellent organization and communication skills.
