*Job Description:*

·         The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for building and
supporting Force.com solutions for our client company. They work with our
employees to correct existing issues and provide enhancements to our

·         internal systems. The admin is a member of the Business
Applications team and must work well with other admins, analysts and
developers to deliver solutions for internal and external
customers.

*Responsibilities*

·         Manages Salesforce.com requests including prioritization,
estimation, coordination, and documentation

·         Coordinates with business analysts and developers to ensure the
proper integration of business processes and procedures

·         Provides business process expertise to the development team and
other business analysts

·         Provides strategic vision for expanding current functionality and
for the acquisition and deployment of new business applications and
technologies

·         Develops business cases for major enhancements and projects to
assist leadership in strategic planning

·         May perform other job duties as directed.

*Skills: *

·         *APEX/VisualForce, Marketo, DemandTools, Salesforce, SAP, Data
Management*

*Required Experience:*

·         3+ years of experience in performing system administration for
Salesforce including: Custom Fields, Workflows, Email Alerts, Custom
Objects, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, etc

·         Training Skills, including creating documentation and delivering
trainings both in-person and via web conference

·         Ability to communicate clear requirements to other team members
and developers

·         Good eye for system architecture and proper system design

·         Proficiency in data management

·         Understanding of Salesforce permissions and data structures with
skills in keeping data clean and secure

·         Understanding of fundamental structure and logic of Salesforce.com

·         Strong oral and written communication skills

·         Ability to host and manage meetings

·         Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

·         Work well with others in a team environment

·         Self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks and projects

·         Prioritization of tasks and accurate estimation of time to
complete

*Preferred Qualifications:*

·         Business process experience, especially in the areas of: Lead,
Opportunity, Account and Case Management, Sales Quoting, Orders and
Invoicing, Licensing and Fulfillment

·         Experience working in a B2B selling environment, including basic
knowledge of distribution and channel selling models

·         Experience with system integrations, especially with financial
systems (SAP is a plus)

·         Experience with merging/divesting Salesforce.com instances
