We are in need of two Infrastructure Project Managers. One *PM with Office 365 migration experience* and one with *Migration of Windows/Exchange 2010.* This is a phone and Skype to hire. There can be some flexibility in rate for the right candidate so please submit even if over the rate. Please only send me Project Managers with O365 and/or Windows 2010 migrations.
*Requirements*: - 8 + years of experience in IT implementing and supporting mixed, complex environments and solutions. - Previous experience Leading and Managing complex enterprise level Infrastructure Projects, specifically experience with O365 Cloud and or MS 2010 AD Migrations - A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related area is required. An advance degree is highly desirable, particularly an MBA, as well as PMP certification - A firm level of proficiency and technical understanding of applications and systems lifecycle is necessary to fulfill the position responsibilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus solid organization, presentation and documentation abilities, including Visio diagrams and "as-built" documentation. - An understanding of project management methodologies and tools accompanied with creativity and innovative thinking to find solutions to complex problems that can balance short and long-term objectives. - Understanding of change management, process improvement, work flow and organizational analysis. - Successful in creating a compelling, credible business case for information technology initiatives. - Proven experience in project leadership, communications at different levels, conflict resolution, planning, organization and management. - Global perspective.
