*Job Description:*

As part of the Team, candidate will perform analysis and be responsible for
providing technical reporting capabilities in support of data integration
initiatives. Responsible to liaise with functional users and team members
to gather business requirements, analyze reports to ensure business goals
are achieved and quality is maintained.

Candidate will also document issues and defects, liaise with the Project
Manager, ITS Development teams, and Business Leads to keep all concerned
parties informed.



*Duties:*

•             Generate reports, large data extractions, and perform
analysis based on a SQL Access Excel back-end data store.

•             Develop process flows diagrams of current and future workflows

•             Understand, interpret and challenge requirement specifications

•             Research complex issues by performing analysis

•             Develop processes to ensure data quality is maintained

•             Perform analysis and create reports to meet business goals

•             Understand, interpret and challenge requirement specifications

•             Identify and catalogue issues identified/develop alternative
solutions

•             Able to develop reports with little, incomplete or no written
specifications

•             Liaise with project leadership and team members to gather
business requirements and participate in group discussions

•             Evaluate and propose solutions for business requirements

•             Develop/Maintain documentation, including process flows and
support guides.



*Skills:*

•             Strong understanding of database structures, theories,
principles, and practices along with the capacity to stay abreast of
current technologies and technological trends

•             Advanced knowledge of SQL for Microsoft Access & Excel
including but not limited to macros, pivot tables, vlook-ups.  Proficient
in all other Microsoft Office applications

•             Experience in analyzing reports and business data.

•             Strong quantitative and analytical skills

•             Ability to act quickly on issues and requests

•             Ability to work in a fast paced team environment and
self-manage, work well under pressure meeting tight deadlines and possess
excellent interpersonal skills to work well with employees at all levels.

•             Ability to handle multiple tasks and support special project
needs simultaneously

•             Strong written and oral communication skills

•             Experience working with corporate family tree structures a
plus.
