*Job Title* Solution Architect *Project Location* Dallas TX *Duration* 6 months /Contract * Skills Required and Job Description:* *Moi = Telephonic + Skype* *Only USC , GC* *Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)* * The Solution Architect will:* - Collaborate with business and technology staff to clarify user requirements, determine realistic project time frames and ensure that technology solution meets business needs. - Utilize a broad understanding of the business model across multiple systems to accurately anticipate current/future organizational impacts, communicate system capabilities/possibilities and recommend solution options to the functional areas. *Must haves:* - Recent experience with latest versions of Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, Rights Management Services, and System Center Configuration Manager is required. - - Recent experience with Centrify, IBM Identity Access Management including Privileged Access, TIBCO LogLogic Syslog, and IBM Security Incident and Event Management is preferred. - *Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)* - *Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)* - Experience across multiple technologies - Ability to build strong relationships with internal business partner, vendor and service provider counterparts - Experience in an outsourced IT and/or consulting environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across business units and with internal and external stakeholders - Experience in the Electric Utility Industry is highly preferred *Job Responsibilities:* - Lead the architecture redesign for Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint - Lead the architecture design for Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Active Directory Rights Management Services, Centrify, and IBM Identity Access Management including Privileged Access - Lead the architecture design for TIBCO LogLogic Syslog, and IBM Security Incident and Event Management - Lead the architecture design for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager - Review functional and non-functional requirements, apply architectural acceptance criteria, and produce artifacts describing the logical and physical design of IT solutions scaled for the enterprise. - Establish strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners. - Develop and maintain a clear understanding of our client’s business strategies and requirements. - Participate in strategic discussions with business partners within the organization regarding their requirements and use of technology. - Communicate client’s business requirements to other members of the Technology organization. - Develop and maintain architecture standards and policies in coordination with both internal teams and external partners - Communicate architectural standards and policies, as appropriate. - Ensure adherence to the change management process when implementing changes to architecture. - Provide input regarding the solution architecture to the business continuity and disaster recovery plans. - Continually seek architectural improvements for the benefit of our client and its business objectives. - Manage the development and maintenance of all relevant documentation related to our client's architecture. - Participate in troubleshooting activities related to critical issues/incidents. - Participate in the identification and evaluation of potential new technologies as they relate to our client’s business objectives and existing architecture with the ability for detailed analysis on capabilities and potential impacts on architectural landscape. - Coordinate with the data, technology and application architecture functions, as appropriate. *Job Requirements:* - Seven plus years of hands on application architecture experience - Five plus years of experience as a Solution Architect - Recent experience with latest versions of Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory, Rights Management Services, and System Center Configuration Manager is required. - Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is required.
