Position 1:- Position:- Unix Admin Location:- Redwood City, CA (Client will prefer local candidates) Duration:- 3 Months possible extensions Rate:- $45 Interviews:- * Phone Screen Today 1/23/2009 @ 11:00, 11:30, 3:00, 3:30 * Face to Face tuesday 1/27/2009 between 11:00-2:00 Start Date:- ASAP following Acceptance Must Haves:- * 7+ yrs of experience * Solaris 10 (5+ yrs exp guru) * Linux 5 (5+ yrs exp guru) * Virtualization with Solaris Containers and Solaris LDOMS * Must have current hands on experience (1500 server environment) * Great team attitude, ability to work in groups, excellent communication Plus:- * Citrix Zen experience (would be in the last year, virtualization software) Day to Day:- * This person will be part of a 5 person Unix Admin team. * They will also be remotely supporting Tokyo and Colorado. * This person will be building physical servers from scratch as well as setting up virtual servers. * This person will be installing operating systems on the servers, building patches, troubleshooting issues with the network for the servers, and dealing with server hardware issues. * This person will also be helping with a datacenter move so they will be physically moving servers as well. * We need a UNIX badass, essentially, with a great attitude and a willingness to do some major server work!!!! Position 2:- Position:- Tomcat Administrator (Junior position) Location:- New York (Client will prefer local candidates) Duration:- Minimum 6 Months, will go longer.
