Position : Oracle DBA Location : Wilmington, DE Duration : 4 Month Contact Rate:$40/hr C2C Need Local Candidates Job Description: The Oracle performance database administrator will work in Oracle version 10.x/11.x providing performance support to the DBA and performance team. He/She should have indepth SQL tuning, Oracle instance tuning. He/She should be able to interpret ASH/AWR reports and give recommendations to DBA/Dev team. He/She needs to have indepth Oracle Grid experience. He/She will also be required to the monitor production database performance for trouble shooting and providing recommendations. Exposure to RAC Tuning and DataGuard is a plus. Qualifications: Minimum of three or more years of experience with a Oracle Database version 10.x and above Three years experience in performance monitoring and tuning of databases and sql queries in an OLTP environment. Experience with PL/SQL and sql coding.
