Job Description:- *Job Description:*
Serve as the liaison between technology and business end-users . Formulates
and defines business case, business and solution requirements, based on both
business and user needs . Documents and verifies business requirements .
Improves business process design through the application of Six Sigma .
Translates business and user needs into proper testable and verifiable
system requirement specifications . Verify solution's alignment with
requirements . Facilitates user acceptance testing by the business .
Participate in the development of training programs Provide guidance and
decision support for specific systems and projects. Address ad hoc requests
and compliance needs (system access, privacy, audits). Develop service level
agreements, monitor adherence and address unmet service levels.

Experience with clinical trial systems (e.g. EDC, CTMS, SAS, ...) and
processes.
Experience with laboratory and biomarker and pharmacogenomics systems and
processes.
Experience in evaluating process designs and facilitating collaborative
improvements and prioritizations.
Experience developing process maps,
capability
use cases and requirements.
Experience facilitating development, integration and user acceptance
testing
Experience with patient cohort browsing and SDTM a
plus. .
Experience with LabWare LIMS (especially clinical modules) a plus
